Highly unlikely he locked it up as he's subsequently claimed. Trying to 'save face' and not look like a total numpty methinks. As for insurance...wonder if he can afford the rising cost of insurance premiums? Not sure how 'Sharia Law' would deal with this..? Chop off the thief's feet perhaps, or maybe force them to wear bicycle clips ALL the time. LOL!
