AXE ATTACK GIG REVIEW - NAGS HEAD MACCLESFIELD, 26TH SEPT

NAG'S HEAD, MACCLESFIELD - FRIDAY 26TH SEPTEMBER

Well done to lead vocalist Ian Quayle for battling through a chest infection to sing a full set. Last thing we ever wanna do is cancel a gig...the show must go on!

Major thanks to the usual crowd for the support and to some old friends who showed up for the first time in 'kin years!

Highlight of the night was either the drunken bird fallin' face down in the half time break (!) or the Jilted John/Steeleye Span/Rolf Harris/Sham 69 Medley - we kid you not!
Apologies from Neil the guitarist for starting The Vapours' "Turning Japanese" in completely the wrong key!
