HAPPY 'DEATH'DAY TO...JIMI HENDRIX

18th September, 1970

Controversy still surrounds his death, but then everyone loves a good conspiracy and shouldn't let facts get in the way...

HAPPY 'DEATH'DAY TO...MARC BOLAN

16th September, 1977

THE STAR SPANGLED BANNER...

14th September, 1814

When asked if he thought it was a little "unorthodox", Hendrix said, "Unorthodox? I thought it was beautiful..."

HAPPY 'DEATH'DAY TO...KEITH MOON

September 7th, 1978

One drink too many (or maybe about thirty-one drinks too many!) for Moon The Loon...another tragic waste of talent at 32 years old. Still, there probably wasn't much more to do after driving a Lincoln into a swimming pool - not a Rolls Royce...
